Formula 1 teams and drivers can once again expect good conditions. In Austin, sunshine often hit the track, and there was no rainfall. The same is forecast for the race in Mexico, though it will perhaps be a little bit cooler. On Saturday, the chance of rain has subsided for Sunday, but there is still a faint possibility that rain might fall.

Max Verstappen increased his lead in the Drivers' World Championship at the United States Grand Prix weekend, meaning Lando Norris must maximise everything from the remaining five events. That begins with the event in Mexico. It's Sergio Perez's home race, and he also needs to get the best out of it as Red Bull's position in the Constructors' Championship comes under threat from Ferrari.

What is the weather forecast for the Mexican Grand Prix weekend?

After nothing but sunshine fell on the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez circuit on Friday, that is what is expected for the majority of the weekend. According to Weather.com, there is only a 2% chance of rain during the final free practice session, decreasing to 1% as FP3 will come to an end. Temperatures will be at 16/17 degrees Celcius for FP3. There will be a bit more cloud in the sky for qualifying, but the percentage chances of rain will be exactly the same, with temperatures reaching 20 degrees Celsius.

On Sunday, when lights go out, there is only a 1% chance of rain, while temperatures will be at 21 degrees Celcius. However, as the race will go on, there is a 16% chance that some rain could hit the circuit. It will be something teams and drivers will be keeping an eye on.
