Top Gun: Leclerc shares photos of him flying in a fighter jet
Charles Leclerc has enjoyed an "incredible opportunity" away from the Formula 1 car. The man from Monaco could still go very fast and experience high G forces as he was put inside a fighter jet. He even had the chance to pilot the machine, allowing him to get the full Top Gun experience.
Top Gun experience for Leclerc
Leclerc shared photos of his adventure in the skies on social media. The Ferrari driver got the chance to fly thanks to the French F1 broadcasters. Leclerc can be seen walking to the aircraft and then flying above the ocean in a French Air Force training mission.
"What an incredible opportunity Canalplus gave me to pilot such a machine," Leclerc said on his social media. "To be able to compare that speed feeling with what I usually experience in a Formula One car was very special. Stay tuned for the full experience next week.
