F1 Full Results Qatar qualifying | Verstappen P1, Russell P2
Max Verstappen has qualified on pole position for the Qatar Grand Prix. The Dutchman will start alongside George Russell, who missed out on pole position by 0.055 seconds. Lando Norris will start from third.
Verstappen finds improvement
Unlike the sprint race, Verstappen - and his teammate Sergio Perez - was able to get through the corners more easily with Red Bull Racing's car. Despite struggling to keep up with the top of the Formula 1 field, Verstappen pleased with his car.
In the end, it was incredibly close in qualifying. Verstappen eventually secured pole position. This is the result of qualifying for the Qatar Grand Prix:
