During the FIA Driver's Press Conference, Lewis Hamilton was asked if he was looking at what Michael Schumacher could do, but so many other champions like Fernando Alonso, Sebastian Vettel and Alain Prost, for instance, failed at: winning a World Championship with Ferrari

The Scuderia is known for being one the team that every driver wants to drive for at a certain point in their careers, with even Ayrton Senna stating this prior to his tragic demise in 1994. Lewis Hamilton, after years of devotion to Mercedes, the 7 time World Champion took the plunge earlier this year, and will join the Maranello based squad as of next season. Prior to his final race with Mercedes, he let his thoughts be known on the potential pressure of winning a Championship with Ferrari, something Michael Schumacher succeded at, but Prost, Vettel and lifelong rival, Alonso, couldn't do.

Is Hamilton feeling the pressure of winning the World Title with Ferrari?

"I'm not looking at comparing myself to Michael, not looking at that. At the moment, that's not something that I'm thinking about", opened the Stevenage born driver, stating he had more important things on his mind at the present moment. "Obviously, I'm trying to think about making sure that I finish off the right way and the best way possible with Mercedes. These next days are going to be super emotional".

Regarding his upcoming Ferrari move, Hamilton admitted to looking forward to it, but didn't say much more than that: "It's all a big unknown for what's up ahead. Obviously massive excitement and yeah, I can't really add much more at the moment. I don't have anything else to say about it".
