The 2025 Formula 1 season starts back up in 86 days. GPblog can bring you a snippet of the top stories from the day now.

The 2025 Formula 1 season starts back up in 86 days. However, we will see the cars (and drivers) a lot earlier than that. While many drivers are being seen worldwide, we could see them in an official capacity before the beginning of the season.

Horner hints at 2025 RB reveal

Formula 1 is hosting an all-teams reveal for F1's 75th anniversary in February. The event called F1 75 will take place on February 18th. Ferrari has confirmed that we will see their car on February 19th. However, Red Bull team principal Christian Horner has hinted at revealing the 2025 RB even sooner. He mentioned they would "see what the RB21 looks like when it's unveiled at the end of January," but the date is not yet confirmed.

Russell juggles GPDA politics

When talking to Autosport.com, Russell said he "never expected to have so much on my hands and for it to be so political, I don't really understand any of this side of the sport." He talked about how he mainly got involved in the position because he wanted to focus on and support more safety initiatives in the sport. He admitted that he was unprepared for what the role included but that all the drivers were on the same page about the FIA and their lack of transparency.
