The Goodwood Festival of Speed takes place right after the British Grand Prix. This year, they will feature more Formula 1 cars than ever with a special lineup. Last year many Formula 1 drivers such as Max Verstappen, Alex Albon, Logan Sargeant and others showed up to the festival with their Formula 1 teams.

Goodwood celebrates F1's 75th anniversary

Goodwood has announced that for Formula 1's 75th anniversary, they will be hosting their biggest celebration yet. Goodwood said, "Welcoming over 80 significant cars from Formula 1 history - making up half of the motorsport content on the Hill - the celebration will focus on six key themes - Prologue, Pioneers, Champions, Innovators, Underdogs and Formula 1 Teams - in what will be the largest collection of Formula 1 cars ever seen at Goodwood".

Just today, Red Bull Racing posted a throwback to their time at the Festival of Speed. The caption reads, "Looking back at Goodwood over the years".

While it has not been announced who will be completing the festival's line-up, Goodwood has said that they will be joined by "Championship-winning drivers, designers and teams". Last year, one of the main drivers to become a part of the event was Verstappen, who stepped into his RB16B. The Red Bull Racing driver took his 2021 championship-winning car for a spin.
