This unique championship car to be auctioned off during F1 weekend

Brawn GP, the Formula 1 team famous for having a 100% championship rate, has decided to auction off their championship-winning car. The auction will take place during the Miami Grand Prix weekend 02-04 May.
Brawn GP's unique championship in 2009
Founded by Ross Brawn, Brawn GP only existed for one year. However, the team made the most of what they had as they were able to win both the drivers and constructors championships. In 2009, Jenson Button and Rubens Barichello drove for Brawn GP. The team was able to begin their only season with success as they managed to land on the top two steps at the first Grand Prix of the 2009 season with a 1-2.
Button then managed to win six out of the first seven races. Unfortunately, after that, the team fell lower into the results. However, the team was able to create a big gap in the championship standing before the car deteriorated, and that allowed them to take the championships regardless of the car. After the 2009 season, Brawn GP was no more and instead rebranded into what is now known as Mercedes. Due to now being Mercedes, Brawn GP is the only team to ever have won all F1 championships in which they competed.
Brawn GP car Button auctioned off in F1 in 2025
For the massive Formula 1 fans, there will be a unique opportunity to purchase the car. Until the end of 2024, the car, due to contractual situations, belonged to Button. Now it is available and will be featured in an auction where more than 35 cars will be up for grabs.
