The days keep ticking down until the 2025 Formula 1 season gets underway at the Australian Grand Prix. With that being the case, there are only a few days until the special 'F1 75' launch event at London's O2 Arena on February 18 where all teams on the grid will reveal their brand-new cars and liveries for the upcoming season. Then, just one day later, Ferrari will have their brand new SF-25 tested at Fiorano. However, fans can catch a glimpse of Ferrari's 2025 challenger a bit earlier than expected.

Hamilton and Leclerc to shakedown the SF-25 after presentation

As part of F1's celebration of its 75th season, a special event has been planned in London. All the teams on the grid will reveal their 2025 cars and liveries in front of hundreds of thousands of fans, all gearing towards the Grand Prix in Melbourne on March 16. There, Ferrari will show the new livery for the upcoming season, as well as a render of the new car. Lewis Hamilton, Charles Leclerc and Fred Vasseur will attend on behalf of Ferrari, before showing the “real” SF-25 to the public a day later in Maranello.

For Ferrari fans, they will only have to wait one day to see the 2025 challenger on track, as the Prancing Horse announced that a shakedown of the SF-25 will take place at the Fiorano circuit behind closed doors on February 19, with both Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc taking part in it.

Since the move of the seven-time World Champion was announced before the 2024 season got underway, the Tifosi have been waiting to see the Brit come to Maranello and drive the iconic scarlet car. Hundreds of thousands of fans will flock to the circuit for the shakedown, just as they did when Hamilton first got behind the wheel of a Ferrari for the TPC test at Fiorano. During Hamilton's first few days at the Ferrari base, many fans flocked to the streets to see him too, and along with that, the Instagram post of his first day at Ferrari became the most-liked F1-related Instagram post ever, such has been the frenzy.
