In just a month's time, the F1 season will get underway in Melbourne, Australia. Today, in preparations for that next chapter, Williams unveiled their 2025 car, the FW47. While Albon and Sainz shared how their breaks went, team principal James Vowles sees that the Williams car might be able to pull off a surprise result.

Sainz and Albon on the short winter break

"It was good for me, obviously, training. It feels like it's been a shorter break than normal just because it ended quite late, the season last year. So there, there wasn't, there was maybe only a week break before we were back into training, at least for me," Albon began at Silverstone.

Sainz could only agree his new teammate: "It's been a shorter break, but I guess also when you change teams that break becomes even shorter because you have to go back to work earlier. There's a lot of catch up things to do and yeah, I've been spending quite a bit of time here in the UK getting up to speed with my new team."

Afterwards, team principal James Vowles also was present on the stage. Can Williams score a podium this upcoming season? The Briton answered, "Nothing's impossible. We've got to remember that happened a few surprises last year as well at the same time. What I can say is this: We have a lot more of the ingredients available to us. I think on a normal race weekend, it's going to be unlikely, but there are circumstances that will fall our way and we have two of the strongest drivers that will give absolutely everything, as will I, as will the team."
