Today, the F1 world has seen a couple of substantial developments ahead of the F1 season, also a headliner signing by Aston Martin is currently under gardening leave, amid rumoured negotiation break-down with Ferrari. FIA changes, Aston Martin tries to reach agreement with Ferrari
The FIA has ammended rules hat may have played a role in Max Verstappen's 2024 Canadian Grand Prix win. The governing body has also expanded the stewards roster from three to four for six Grand Prix's this year. Aston Martin are rumouredly trying to get Ferrari to let Enrico Cardile start work with the team prior to his gardening leave end date of 17 July, but according to Italian media, the Scuderia is set on leeting Cardile's time on the sidelines run its course. Furthermore, according to world champion, Fernando Alonso, the team are currently undergoing some development issues.

Pirelli have spoken about their recent 2026 tyres' development tests lead by Williams and Alpine with Director of Motorsport, Mario Isola, stating they had 'gathered significant data' having run almost 9 times the usual Grand Prix ditance over two days of on-track activity in Bahrain. In other Alpine related news, Victor Martins has revealed he and the French team parted ways by mutual agreement.
