The Red Bull Racing employee who accused Christian Horner of inappropriate behaviour will now have her day in court (in January 2026.) Although there is a court issued ban on all British media to report on most of the details of the case, the Red Bull chief did speak to Netflix at length regarding the controversy that engulfed him and the team in early 2024.

Horner talks about case in Drive to Survive

In the first episode of the new season, Horner says of the case: ''I've reached the top of my game and I never thought in a million years I'd have a challenge like this in my career. It's a crucial time of year, in a job that I do, you're the front face of the organisation."

Horner, who to this day denies having done anything wrong, tells Netflix he does have an idea why the alleged affair with the woman arose and hit the media. "It was obvious that the end goal was for me to leave Red Bull," the Briton explained.

Asked by the interviewer if he knew who had leaked the famous alleged messages to the media, he states that is the "multi-million dollar question", before Horner then goes silent and grins. Incidentally, the woman is not named and did not tell her side of the story in the show.
