This driver will take over from Leclerc at Ferrari in FP1 at Bahrain
F1 News

Dino Beganovic will take over Charles Leclerc's Ferrari F1 car during FP1 of the Bahrain Grand Prix.
The Ferrari junior, currently active in Formula 2, will drive Leclerc's car for the Scuderia in the first practice session of the race weekend in the middle-east, rendering his schedule as tight as it could be with the junior talent also having to fulfill his F2 duties.
Who's Dino Beganovic?
Beganovic became champion in the Formula Regional European Championship in 2022. He then joined Prema Racing, where he drove for two seasons in Formula 3. Since the end of the 2024 season, Beganovic has been driving in Formula 2.
After the race weekend in Bahrain, F2 will also serve as a support series to F1 the following week in Saudi Arabia, completing the first double header in the calendar for the feeder series.
This gives Beganovic the chance to turn his season around, which did not get off to the best start with zero points to his name after he failed to score in the sprint race and the feature race was cancelled due to heavy rain.
