Vettel delighted with pole - but wants to finish the job tomorrow
Sebastian Vettel was clearly ecstatic with his pole position for the Canadian Grand Prix, outqualifying Lewis Hamilton in the dying seconds of the session.
The Ferrari is expected to be the fastest car this weekend and Vettel showed everybody that he can still qualify strongly, having failed to score a pole position since Germany last season.
As Vettel jumped out of the car to celebrate his lap, he told former rival and Sky Sports' Jenson Button: "I'm full of adrenaline. You know what, the feeling in the car when it just keeps coming and the feeling - it felt so good. I enjoyed it and I'm very happy and happy for the team over the last few races, it's been very tough.
"The car was much better, we have the soft tyre we managed to go through with the medium but we can go the distance."
The session sets up tomorrow's race very nicely, and you can follow it live right here on GPBlog.com!
