Leclerc reacts to the British GP crash between Verstappen and Vettel
The crash ruined Sebastian Vettel's race, but the other side of the garage benefited from the tears. Charles Leclerc finished on the podium as a result and closes the gap to just three points between himself and Vettel in the championship.
“I became a bit more aggressive for this race. As a result, I had a lot more fun during the race, the most fun I've ever had in Formula 1," Charles Leclerc told Sky Sports F1 after the race. “We had bad luck with the Safety Car and later we were lucky again with the crash of Max. Unfortunately, Seb was also involved."
“I think racing faster as is now tolerated is also accompanied by incidents, as happened today. I have not seen the incident myself, so I cannot judge it myself. But in general, when you reach the limit, more accidents happen," says the Monegasque about the crash.
