Romain Grosjean "very upset" after Belgian Grand Prix
Romain Grosjean had a great start to the Belgian Grand Prix but he was unable to maintain that level of performance over the whole race and finished 13th. After getting as high as 6th of the start it was a tough pill to swallow and not finishing in the points made this harder.
"I am very upset at the minute," Grosjean said to the official Formula 1 website. "Not at anyone just at the situation. I had a great start. The car was performing very well at the beginning of the race. I was really happy with the car. I thought it was going to be a really good afternoon.
"I was fighting as hard as I could but there was just no chance of overtaking. We had too much drag and not enough top speed. It's not a choice or option we had it was just to get the tyres to work.
"It's so hard to fight that hard and not make any mistakes. Going from P6 to P13 without being able to do anything is a tough feeling."
Haas will hope that they can get their car performing well at Monza next weekend and that they can get a points finish there.
