Wolff and Hamilton: ''Competition needs to do the talking on the track''

Red Bull Racing and Ferrari, together with Max Verstappen and Charles Leclerc, hunted down Mercedes and Lewis Hamilton. However, this is rarely understood by the team that has already won six championships in a row.
''We're just looking ahead, because you don't know what the competition has or what they're going to do. The other day we were back with the team and it's just impressive to see what ideas everyone has and how quickly you forget last season, because you just start all over again'', said Hamilton in an interview with Sky Sports.
Clear message to the competition
So the Brit doesn't want to worry about the competition at all. ''We're trying to get the most out of the team. Just that little bit more questions from an engineer or just that little bit more questions from aerodynamics. I'd rather do the talking on the track, because that's where it counts,'' said the six-time world champion.
Toto Wolff sits at the same table and is in full agreement with his driver. ''Some people have the idea that you have to do a lot of things off the track and turn it into a political game. But it's about lap time, and the rest around it doesn't matter. Just do the talking on the track'', concludes Wolff.
