As an athlete you are always looking for the limits to achieve the best results and that also applies to Max Verstappen. The Dutchman was able to pull off a trick in the online Supercars championship bite that had not been found until then.

During his participation in the Supercars race, the Dutchman suddenly managed to win a lot of time in the pit stop. As it turned out, Verstappen had found a trick to outwit the competition. By not letting the speed lock automatically in the pit lane, Verstappen was able to gain time on his opponents.

Verstappen in the pits

Verstappen caught up with his team mate Shane van Gisbergen and also pulled a gap of over two seconds on Scott McLaughlin during his pit stop. The problem really started to laugh later when McLaughlin went into the pits behind Mark Winterbottom, but came out well ahead of him.

The All Starts Eseries now wants to make sure this hack can be prevented and wants to oblige drivers to set the pitlimiter automatically. Verstappen will have to overtake the drivers on the track at their next participation and not during a faster pit stop.
