It seems that Racing Point will say goodbye to the pink livery next year. Next season, the British team will continue under the name Aston Martin F1 Team and Lance Stroll expects that he will then drive with Sebastian Vettel in a green livery in Formula 1.

With BWT as its main sponsor, Racing Point's main colour has been pink for several years, but with the takeover by Aston Martin that is a thing of the past. “I believe it will be British Racing Green, so it’ll be pretty good," says Stroll to Motorsportweek.com about the 2021 livery.

In the press conference, he talks about his crash last time out. He thanks the FIA for today's safe cars and states that otherwise, things could have gone very wrong. Little was left of his RP20, so Stroll is driving in Russia with a new engine and chassis.

Racing Point has big plans

Racing Point hopes to close the gap with Red Bull Racing and Mercedes next season. “I see a bright future going forward, continuing to develop the car in a very good way, and hopefully next year we can take another big step," the 21-year old driver concludes.
