Mol sees opportunities for Red Bull: 'Can continue to use engine as 'White label''

Olav Mol certainly sees opportunities for Red Bull in the cooperation with Honda. Ziggo Sport's commentator says that it is not excluded that the team will continue to use the engine after 2021.
According to Mol, Red Bull doesn't have to get its hands in the hair right away if it doesn't succeed in finding another supplier. On Twitter he suggested a construction known as 'Whitelabel'. "One option for RedBull could be to continue using the Honda engine as a 'white label' and find someone for it."
Red Bull can search for another team
This option means that the team from Milton Keynes can continue with the engine of the Japanese for a while, should it not be possible to find a new supplier in time. In addition, they can look for another party that will continue to develop the Honda engine. This already happened once in 2015 at Red Bull. The team had a quarrel with Renault and so they renamed their engine 'Tag Heuer', their watch sponsor.
By the way, Mol doesn't think a partnership with Mercedes is very obvious. "Mercedes is longshot because D.Mateschitz would hate the brand", he says. Mateschitz is the owner of Red Bull and he would therefore hate the German car brand.
