Norris will start the race at the Nürburgring with a brand new Renault engine. This engine is still within the limits of the season and therefore Norris will not receive a grid penalty.
Norris had a great qualifying session and beat his team mate Carlos Sainz for the fifth time this season. On Sunday he will fight for a good number of points to maintain his fourth position in the championship.
