Hamilton learned a painful lesson: ''That now makes him unbeatable''

Lewis Hamilton is currently a driver who seems almost unbeatable, but in 2016 Nico Rosberg showed that he can be beaten. However, Hamilton has changed since then according to Paddy Lowe.
In 2014 and 2015 Hamilton was able to win the first two titles for Mercedes, where Rosberg had been building with the team for some time. The German did everything he could to defeat his rival and eventually managed to do so in 2016. A heavy blow for Lewis, who until then had always beaten his teammate and former friend.
A wise lesson for Hamilton
Rosberg decided to quit immediately after 2016, but Hamilton learned a lot from that season, according to Paddy Lowe. ''That was an important moment in Lewis' career. None of us is perfect. Lewis is a great driver, but he also has weaknesses," said the former Mercedes top man on the podcast, At The Controls.
''Nico is a great driver and deserves that championship. He was the best opponent Hamilton has ever met and Lewis learned from him. He had to be constant and leave nothing to chance. He relied too much on his talent. Since he lost to Nico he has hardly done anything wrong in the races. That makes him unbeatable now," said Lowe.
