Is Hamilton doing a 'Rosberg'? "Someone who drives so well doesn't stop''

Lewis Hamilton would turn the Formula 1 world upside down if he really decided to quit at the end of 2020. However, Marc Surer does not think there is much chance of that happening.
After the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix, Hamilton said he doesn't know whether he will be driving in Formula 1 next season. The rumours are therefore growing again. Will Hamilton, just like his former rival Nico Rosberg, leave on the back of a title win? However, it does not seem logical with probably the best car at his disposal for 2021 and with that an eighth title within reach.
Will Hamilton do a 'Rosberg'?
''I wouldn't understand if he stops now. It's all about motivation, so why stop if you're still so good at it. He doesn't ask himself what he's still doing here, because he still wins everything. The way he is driving now is so impressive. Someone who drives so well really doesn't stop," Surer told Motorsport-total.com.
But Surer also sees that Hamilton cannot be sure that he will pick up the title in 2021. ''I wouldn't be so sure of that. There are only a few changes in the rules, but I think Honda also wants to say goodbye with a title. Who knows, it might suddenly be exciting and that dominance might have disappeared."
