I would be lying if I said that I don't think about it'

Lewis Hamilton will be 36 in just over a month and with almost all the records in his pocket, it would not be crazy for him to wonder, after an accident like Grosjean's, whether it is still worth it? Has that thought really gone through his head?
"I would be lying if I said no," Hamilton said very frankly to Motorsport-Total.com at the end of the Bahrain Grand Prix. "You have to respect the sport and the dangers. I am always aware of the danger and the risk and the older you get, the more often you ask yourself this question."
Hamilton just puts the helmet back on
Nevertheless, the Grosjean crash will also be reassuring in a way. It shows that even in a bad case, drivers still have a good chance of surviving or even coming out of the incident virtually intact. Hamilton is therefore undoubtedly putting his helmet back on.
"We saw a major accident and the safety measures show the good work that has been done in this area. But more needs to be done and we are working on it. I am not afraid to get in the car and do what we are doing," added the seven-time world champion.
