GPblog.com wishes all readers a happy and prosperous 2021!

Without fireworks, but with a bottle of champagne at the ready, we look back on an eventful year. Because that was 2020! The outbreak of the coronavirus has shaken the whole world to its foundations, but fortunately we can put 2020 behind us and look forward to a 2021 in which hopefully greats things will happen, not just in Formula 1.
During the pandemic, Formula 1 was the first international sport to restart. 17 Grands Prix were held with Lewis Hamilton as the clear winner. For next year Liberty Media are aiming for a season consisting of 23 Grand Prix-weekends and with that, we as fans will be spoiled enormously.
A new year also means a new season in which anything can happen. Of course, GPblog will be on top of the motorsport news and the most recent rumours from the racing world to keep you up to date with all the latest developments.
Recently, thanks to you as loyal visitors of GPblog, we have reached a new milestone by welcoming 3.2 million unique visitors in one month. The community of GPblog in 2020 was also very active in the comment section. Opinions differed greatly from time to time, resulting in fierce discussions. Fact is that it's cool to see how involved you are in GPblog!
2021
The countdown for the 2021 season has already started for many fans, but we still need to be patient for another three months or so before we start in Australia. Until then, at GPblog.com you can read all about the Dakar Rally starting at the beginning of January, the unveilings of the new F1 cars and the performance of the race teams during the winter test in Barcelona!
In the background, we are working hard to make GPblog an even better, faster and more complete medium. Just like Formula 1, we have a lot in store for you in 2021. We hope to welcome everyone again next year at GPblog.com. On behalf of all the editors, we wish all visitors of GPblog a nice, but above all healthy 2021!
