'Red Bull Racing will win constructor's championship in 2021'

Next to Mercedes, Red Bull Racing is the only team at the top of the grid. Lawrence Barretto from Formula1.com therefore predicts that Red Bull will become world champions in 2021 in the constructor's championship.
"This year, though, things will be different as Red Bull will benefit from the stable rules," Barretto says in his prediction. "Every year since their title triumph in 2013, they’ve started on the backfoot with a new car they struggled to understand. This season, there will be no blank sheet of paper, with Red Bull carrying over 60% of their car."
Moreover, the fact that Max Verstappen convincingly won the last Grand Prix of 2020, on a track where Mercedes is usually very strong, shows, according to him, that the RB16B has a good basis to continue.
Perez makes a big difference
The fact that Barretto specifically predicts winning the constructors' title is due to Verstappen's new teammate. According to him, Sergio Perez provides the much-needed 'consistency'. "With the line-up they now have, stable rules that play to their advantage, and the momentum after a strong end to 2020, there cannot – and will not be – any more excuses."
