Mercedes keeps innovating to stay ahead of the competition

Mercedes is not standing still ahead of the start of the 2021 Formula One season. The Germans have already won seven world titles in a row, but know better than anyone that you have to come up with new innovations every year. They are doing so again now.
Mercedes entered Formula 1 in 2010 under Ross Brawn and, after the foundations were laid, Toto Wolff managed to convince the Daimler management to put more money into the project to achieve better results. This proved to work, because from 2014 onwards, every world title was won by Mercedes.
Another Mercedes innovation
This is not done by performing the same trick every year, but rather finding new things every year. For example, Mercedes has already lost several leading figures such as Paddy Lowe, without suffering any major consequences in the work process. The DAS, for example, is of Mercedes' innovative nature.
Also for 2021 there are some nice things in the planning. Mercedes is leaving the current 'Race Bays' in the factory, and will swap them for a brand new one. On Twitter, the team itself says it wants to think ahead, not stand still. The brand new Race Bays will replace the old ones, which have been in use since 1999.
But as a wise person once said ‘If you’re not moving forward, you’re falling back!’
