The cars involved are a white BMW M240i and a dark blue BMW X5 (not pictured). The theft took place last night a little after midnight, according to a report from the Lincolnshire Police Department. An unusual choice for car theft, as the cars, will not be easy to resell due to their recognisability.
The Cadwell Park circuit is mainly used for the British Superbikes Championship and the Superkart championship, as well as for historic events. In addition, the circuit has been used for the filming of the Formula One film Rush and for the television program Fifth Gear.
