Bottas feared attack by Pérez: 'I could see him in the mirrors'.

Valtteri Bottas had to fear for his podium position at the end of the Styrian Grand Prix. Where he drove a large part of the race in third place, Sergio Pérez made another attempt to pass Bottas.
Red Bull Racing brought in the Mexican for an extra pit stop in the closing stages of the race to beat Bottas, but it turned out they did this too late. This left the Finnish driver with a sufficient lead, although it was still exciting for Bottas. "I could see him in the mirrors and at the beginning of the last lap he was at 1.5 seconds. But at the end of the lap he was on half a second," he told at the press conference.
The team of Max Verstappen and Pérez once again made a good impression on Bottas. "I think today it's really clear that, at least on this circuit, Red Bull is faster. Also Checo, he put me under pressure. If we want to keep up with them, we can't do as much in terms of tyre management."
Bottas lags behind Norris
Bottas' third place earned him 15 points for the world championship. It means the Finn is still 12 points behind Lando Norris.
