The final race of the Formula E in Berlin couldn't have started more dramatically. The big favourite and title rival of Nyck de Vries, Mitch Evans, couldn't get away during the start. As a result, he was hit by Edoardo Mortara, who also had a good chance of winning the title.

Both drivers are now out of their car and seem to be physically fine. Mentally it will be a different story: both had a good chance of winning the world title. That chance has now come to a brutal end.
De Vries, who only just managed to avoid the chaos of the accident, sees his chances of winning the title increase dramatically. As championship leader it is up to him to make a clean restart and stay ahead of his rivals in the race.
