Red Bull Racing is hoping to regain the world title this season for the first time in years. Max Verstappen is currently eight points behind Lewis Hamilton, but the team is working hard to regain the lead.

Fighting for the world championship is nothing new for the Austrian racing team, as they have won the top prize four times in a row in the past. Sebastian Vettel proved too strong for the other drivers between 2010 and 2013, after which he left for Ferrari.

Experience at Red Bull Racing

The knowledge gained ten years ago still comes in handy, Adrian Newey reveals. "One of the great things about Red Bull is that we've always had a good atmosphere in the team. And because of that we also have very good stability in the staff, going back to a time before we had our first title fight," he told Formel1.de.

"We lost in 2009, but that and the experience of two very narrow victories in 2010 and 2012 have shaped us and given us a level of resilience that serves us very well now. We know how to be the hunter and the hunted and that's definitely a strength."
