Max Verstappen has managed to secure a good starting position for Saturday's Italian Grand Prix. The race at Monza is already the last of the triple-header. Verstappen has a good chance to increase his lead in the championship fight with Lewis Hamilton who starts from P4.

When will the Italian GP start?

The Italian Grand Prix will start at 14:00 on Sunday afternoon. The drivers will do 53 laps on the circuit of Monza. The finish is expected around 15:40.

Also this edition will be exciting. On Friday evening we saw that Valtteri Bottas was the fastest. On Saturday afternoon Valtteri Bottas was again the fastest and receives three extra points for the championship. Max Verstappen qualified second in the sprint race but due to Bottas' grid penalty the Dutchman will start first on Sunday. The race will be very exciting at the front but due to the long straights the rest of the field will drive in a DRS train, so few overtaking actions are expected. The teams will most likely use different strategies to gain positions.

Verstappen likely to win

Valtteri Bottas will be penalised for a third engine change and Max Verstappen will start from the front of the grid on Sunday afternoon. Lewis Hamilton had a poor sprint qualifying and will start from fourth on the grid. Hamilton will have to fight the two McLarens to get close to Verstappen.
