Lewis Hamilton regains the lead in the championship after the Russian Grand Prix. Next up is the Turkish Grand Prix, a circuit Red Bull Racing is looking forward to.
"Everyone in the team is enjoying it, and its all going to be about the next 7 races. Not making mistakes and getting the strategy right. Having the pace and penalties will play a role", Christian Horner told Sky Sports after the race. Hamilton revealed that he sees some good circuits ahead for Red Bull. In two weeks time F1 will travel to Turkey.
Exciting battle between Red Bull and Mercedes
With only two points between Hamilton and Max Verstappen in the drivers' championship, everything is still open. The gap in the constructors' championship is a bit bigger, namely 33 points. Still, here too anything can happen. According to Horner it will be exciting until the very last race.
"It will be fascinating to see how this unfolds. I think Turkey was an interesting race for us last year with the new surface and that weathered in. We are looking forward to it. It’s going to be a phenomenal competition. This is going to go all down to the wire in Abu Dhabi", he concludes.
