Verstappen warns: "The next races will be tough"

With only two points between Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen in the championship it can still go either way. Whether Hamilton will make an engine change, could determine a lot in the championship. According to the Dutchman, it will not be easy, because it will differ per circuit who has the fastest car.
The Dutchman does not see himself as the big favourite in the title fight. Verstappen remains sober under the pressure. "I don't see myself as a bigger favourite for the title than Lewis. We just have to make sure we perform well in the last races, that's the most important thing", he says on Verstappen.com.
'Upcoming races will be tough'
There are just seven races left this season, some of which will suit the Red Bull of Verstappen. Still, the Red Bull driver warns that it will be tough. Mercedes can also benefit from a number of races coming up.
"It doesn't matter if you are favourite or not. The next races will be tough. I also don't know if we will have the fastest car or be a bit behind it, that will vary from circuit to circuit. It will be an exciting battle", says Verstappen.
