Horner wants to lead the constructors' standing: 'Financially very important'

After 15 races this season there is only a two point difference between Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen. The Dutchman of Red Bull Racing had the lead, but lost it in Russia after his grid penalties. In Turkey Verstappen has a great chance to get back on top of the standings, but he will have to finish ahead of Hamilton.
While Verstappen's focus is on the drivers' title fight, his team boss Christian Horner also has his sights on the other championship. "From the team's perspective, the constructors' is where the money is paid. Financially it's very important where we finish in the championship," Horner explained to Ziggo Sport.
Drivers classification more important to Red Bull
But, Horner acknowledged, at Red Bull the focus is more on Verstappen. "That's where the prestige is, in the driver classification. But there's no money to be won in that classification." When asked which of the two classifications he would most like to win, Horner does have a favourite.
"They both have equal value, but if I really had to choose a favourite I would probably go for the drivers' classification," Horner said.
