Verstappen also reacts to statements Wolff: 'I race hard against everyone'

The gap between Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton is only twelve points, which means that every point in the last five races counts. Verstappen reacted to the statements of Toto Wolff during the press conference.
According to Hamilton, his first battle for the championship was not easy and Verstappen lacks some experience, but the Briton's speculations leave Verstappen cold. "I like what I do. It takes the pressure off me. It's my first title fight in F1, but not in my life. It's nothing different. You have to win and I've done that in the past. If the car is capable of winning, I win. If not, I won't," the Dutchman is quoted by Motorsport-Magazin.com.
According to Wolff, the battle between the two competitors could be decided by an incident like Senna versus Prost and Schumacher versus Villeneuve. Verstappen also reacts to the statements: "I don't think about what happened in the past. I want to win this world title by scoring more points than my opponent and the best way to do that is by winning. To do that, I race hard. Against everyone, not just Lewis, but I'm going to drive clean as well."
'Performance has to be good everywhere'
Verstappen is the big favourite with Red Bull in Mexico, a real Red Bull circuit. According to Verstappen, it doesn't matter which circuit they drive on, the performance has to be equally good everywhere.
"I like Mexico a lot, we've had good results here, I've been able to win twice. But whether it's known circuits that suit us well, like Mexico or Brazil, or unknown ones, like Qatar and Saudi Arabia, it doesn't matter - the performance has to be good everywhere," Verstappen finishes.
