Russell comes with surprise for Mexican GP
- GPblog.com
George Russell is competing in his last races with Williams. Next season we will see him with Lewis Hamiton at Mercedes. During the Mexican Grand Prix the British driver will be in action with a special helmet, as he himself announced on social media.
Like Sergio Perez, who is racing in his home country this weekend, Russell comes with a helmet made specifically for the race in Mexico. The helmet has an orange color with green accents, based on the flag of the country. We also see the country Mexico, Russell's name and some sponsor names.
Although he seems to be very eager to start the GP, he has little chance of scoring any points this weekend. The Briton has managed sixteen points so far, while Yuki Tsunoda, who is one place above him, has four points more. His team-mate Nicholas Latifi has not scored more than seven points over the course of the season.

Williams doubtful about Russell
Magnussen revealed in his book this week that Williams considered trading Russell for him last year. However, that turned out not to be a viable option, so the team decided to continue with the Brit. Remarkably, he moves to a top team more than a year later.
