Internet reacts after Hamilton storms to Qatar pole
- GPblog.com
There was plenty going on in qualifying for the Qatar Grand Prix. Lewis Hamilton took pole position, well ahead of Max Verstappen. It all happened in the midst of an off-track hullabaloo with Mercedes' rear wing and Sergio Perez not even making it to the final leg of qualifying. The internet had plenty to digest after qualifying.
Perez disappoints
If constructor is lost its pure because of low pace in @SCHecoPerez car. Remember if you need to win you need both cars up front not only one.

Jeez Perez out in Q2 is going to make Max's race tomorrow REAL hard

Un resultado que duel mucho, quedarnos fuera and Q3. Mañana es un nuevo día y una oportunidad de regresar a donde tenemos que estar. #nevergiveup

We lacked a bit of pace to fight for pole, but starting 2nd there is all to play for during the race. We'll give it our all #KeepPushing #QatarGP pic.twitter.com/8R772Js4N4

Finally: Gasly who stands out, but not in a positive way
Gasly breaks his front wing which punctures his tire which brings out yellow flags which stops his rivals from improving #F1 #QatarGP pic.twitter.com/aTNWNJfTt4
