Alexander Albon was named Driver of the Day by Formula 1 fans worldwide, but what do GPblog readers think? Let us know below which driver you think performed best.
Verstappen recorded his fourth win in a row and was once again in the lead from start to finish. Fernando Alonso and Lewis Hamilton could not catch on and so it was a breeze for the Dutchman to take the RB19 to the finish.
Alexander Albon grabbed six important World Cup points for the Williams team by crossing the line in seventh place. In the final 20 laps, the British Thai was attacked by several drivers from behind, but helped by good top speed and thanks to smart defending, no one got past the Grove-based formation's FW45.
Valtteri Bottas finished in the points for the second time this season on behalf of Alfa Romeo. His eighth-place finish in the opening race in Bahrain was followed by six GPs without points, but in Canada the Finn finished handsomely in tenth place.
Who did you think was the best driver of the day? Verstappen, Albon, Bottas or was there another driver whose performance you liked best this Sunday? Let us know in the poll!
