Official: No penalty for Hamilton after issue with yellow flags
- GPblog.com
Lewis Hamilton has received no penalty in Saudi Arabia after ignoring double yellow flags during the third free practice session at the Jeddah International Circuit.
Hamilton still has chance for pole position
At the last Grand Prix of Qatar, Max Verstappen was penalised for ignoring yellow flags. The Dutchman received a grid penalty of five places and started seventh. The Red Bull managed to limit the damage by finishing second behind Hamilton. Hamilton was not penalised for this incident as the light panels were accidentally switched on.
