Hamilton on Rosberg: 'Not something that I really want to go into'

Lewis Hamilton can grab his eighth world title in Abu Dhabi on Sunday afternoon. The experienced Briton could already have been on eight if he'd managed to beat his former teammate Nico Rosberg in 2016. In the FIA press conference he looked back on that season.
Hamilton took on Rosberg five years ago, who was his teammate at the time. The German managed to grab the world title away from Hamilton, but he then decided to retire immediately, after which Hamilton won the world championship four times in a row.
Prior to the final battle with Verstappen, Hamilton has looked back on that period. "It’s not something that I particularly really want to go into but I’m just in a different place in life to in 2016," Hamilton stated. "I'm facing different resistance in life and yeah, this time we’re just in a much better and happier place."
Hamilton prepares for blistering battle
Verstappen has a slight lead over Hamilton this weekend in Abu Dhabi. Although both drivers are on an equal number of points, the Dutchman has achieved one more victory so far. If Hamilton and Verstappen both fail to finish the race, the world title will go to Verstappen.
