Wolff already saw images of Drive to Survive: "I hate it"

On Friday, March 11, the fourth season of the Netflix show Drive to Survive will be released. The series was created to attract new fans to Formula 1. So far the show seems to be a great success, although Mercedes team boss Toto Wolff is not happy with the series.
While Drive to Survive has been a success with fans, drivers and other F1 personnel who collaborate to make the show possible are often less satisfied. Max Verstappen previously said that he refuses to do interviews with Netflix because he believes they twist the truth to create a better show.
Terrible series
Wolff has already watched some episodes of the new season and tells the Irish Independent that he thinks it's terrible. "I'm watching this - episode one, episode two - and I hate it," the 50-year-old Austrian reveals. Wolff says that he never asked to have a camera in his face all the time.
"We gradually grew into this," Wolff reveals. He does admit that it is part of his job. Wolff didn't realise until later how big the series has become and how many new fans it has attracted.
Season five already in the works?
Starting Friday, March 11, fans can enjoy another new season of Drive to Survive. It seems that a fifth season is also already in the works about the 2022 season. Stefano Domenicali has revealed that it is not certain whether the series can continue for many years.
