Verstappen has expectations: 'Think they're going to make a big difference'

For the third Grand Prix of the season, the Formula One circus travels to Australia. Max Verstappen is curious about the track modifications and will hope to further close the gap in the world championship with Charles Leclerc next weekend.
""I am really looking forward to racing in Australia again, it’s been a while!" Verstappen says. The last two editions of the GP did not go ahead due to the coronavirus. Whereas Albert Park often meant the first Grand Prix of the season in previous years, it is now 'only' the third race of the season.
The Dutchman has secretly missed driving in Melbourne and says he is curious to see if the changes at Albert Park will actually result in a better race. "The atmosphere is always so good there too. It will be interesting to see the track updates, I think they will make quite a big difference, especially in turn six where the most significant change has happened. There should be more overtaking opportunities now too which is always positive."
Will Verstappen take second win?
At the previous Grand Prix in Saudi Arabia, Verstappen managed to finish winning with his RB18 after a nice battle with Leclerc. The Ferrari's are very much matched with Red Bull in 2022 anyway, so it looks like there will be a nice battle in Australia as well. "It’s going to be interesting to see how the car performs in Australia, the track can sometimes be quite dusty. I hope we can have another smooth weekend as a Team so let’s see what happens on Sunday."
