Horner sees advantage for Red Bull: 'Ferrari has only one'

Christian Horner was partially satisfied with the performance of Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez after qualifying for the Australian Grand Prix. The duo will start the race in second and third position, respectively, so there are plenty of opportunities. Moreover, the team boss is taking into account an advantage.
Where Ferrari were already close behind in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, this was also the case in Australia. At the end of Q3 Verstappen seemed to have secured pole position with a 1:18:154, but nothing was further from the truth. Charles Leclerc improved that time considerably, which was to Horner's disappointment.
Horner hopes for two-stopper during race
Despite the qualifying, the Austrian racing team has a good position in the race. For example, Verstappen will have the opportunity to overtake his rival on the first lap, while Perez will have the chance to make things difficult for the traffic behind him. In doing so, Red Bull may have another advantage.
"Hopefully we can have a good race tomorrow," Horner stated at Viaplay. "We have two sets of hard tires for both drivers, while Ferrari has only one. If it's one stop, it's equal. If it's two stops, it might be in our favor."
