Honda will not accept Red Bull's offer to retain 2026 partnership'.

Red Bull Racing and Honda have parted ways as F1 teams and engine suppliers since 2021, but in practice still maintain close ties. The two brands seem to have a vision for the future that is not quite the same, but until 2025 they still have to work together. Red Bull made an attempt to stay together.
Honda and Red Bull Racing have other plans
It is becoming a tricky story between Honda and Red Bull Racing. Honda has formally withdrawn from the production of F1 engines, but in fact Red Bull has continued to operate the Japanese operation under a different name. Red Bull still works with a large part of the Honda staff and they will have to continue to do so. A major rule change regarding the powertrains of F1 cars is not due until 2026 and until then, the skill and help of Honda will still be needed with the current power unit.
Another point that makes the proportions difficult is that Red Bull will almost certainly join forces with Porsche as its new engine supplier in 2026, while Honda seems to regret its choice to leave Formula 1, according to Auto Motor und Sport. Red Bull seems to have regained its competitiveness and may continue to do so in the coming years, making it lucrative for Honda to partner Red Bull again.
Honda will not accept Red Bull's offer'
A meeting between Honda and Red Bull representatives has taken place in Austria. According to AMuS, during the race weekend at the Red Bull Ring there were talks about continuing the cooperation beyond 2025. Red Bull is said to have offered AlphaTauri to the Japanese as a team to work with. Red Bull possibly kept in mind that the relationship with Honda must remain good for the next three years for the current engine. Honda, however, is said not to have accepted the racing team's proposal. The engine manufacturer would be open to a renewed cooperation with Red Bull, but that option seems to be ruled out by the almost certain arrival of Porsche. Red Bull, on the other hand, has agreed to return the engines under the name of Honda until 2025, at a discount for purchase. No decision has yet been made on this.
