Sergio Perez has changed his engine prior to the Dutch Grand Prix. The Mexican will start from fifth position at Zandvoort, as he will not receive a penalty.
No grid penalties for Perez and Stroll
Red Bull Racing replaced Perez's engine prior to the Dutch GP. The parts were replaced during the Parc Fermé rule and the parts have been used before by Checo. He will not receive a grid penalty for this.
The same goes for Lance Stroll. The Canadian has a different engine in his Aston Martin, but it is not new. Like Perez, Stroll receives no penalty and can start from tenth position on Sunday afternoon.
