FIA identified 'procedural issues' through investigation into Japanese GP

The FIA will announce the outcome of the investigation into the crane at the circuit during the Japanese Grand Prix in the coming days. It is said to be a procedural error.
At the Japanese Grand Prix, things went wrong when salvaging Carlos Sainz's car. The F1-75 was in a nasty spot and so the marshals wanted to remove that car as soon as possible. However, there were marshals and a vehicle on the track while the drivers were still driving in wet conditions on the track.
FIA comes up with findings
For Pierre Gasly in particular, this was unacceptable. At Suzuka, his friend Jules Bianchi crashed due to a similar situation. He shot straight ahead in the rain and collided with a recovery vehicle. Now Gasly was driving around the track at high speed to catch up with the safety car and ran into a recovery vehicle in the opposite direction.
The FIA stated after this GP that it would conduct an investigation, and a statement from F1's governing body clarifies what it would be about: ''As stated immediately after the race, the FIA has undertaken a thorough analysis of the incidents which took place at the Japanese Grand Prix in Suzuka. Procedural issues have been identified and will be corrected in the short and medium term. The findings will be made public in the coming days.''
The World Motor Sport Counsil met on Wednesday to discuss this, as well as more. For instance, the FIA also expressed its delight at the arrival of Audi as an engine supplier and informed that Porsche is also still in talks with Formula 1 teams.
