F1 teams report to Bahrain for test day preparations
- GPblog.com
Starting next Thursday, the Bahrain circuit will be the venue for Formula 1 teams to prepare for the new season for three days. Meanwhile, the first formations have arrived, the organisers announced on social media.
The new season is drawing ever closer for teams. While this coming week will give them time to get used to their new car, while observing the competition, the first race of 2023 awaits in exactly two weeks.
In the past, race teams were allowed six days of testing, but due to cost savings, among other reasons, the decision was made to keep it to three days. It means the teams will have to concentrate and effectively do the same work.

F1 season about to start
After starting in Bahrain in early March, Formula 1 will travel on to Saudi Arabia. It will then host another race weekend in Australia in early April, after which there will be a four-week break. This is due to the cancellation of the Chinese Grand Prix.
