Power Rankings reveal: 'He tackled everything, that's why he's at the top'

Sergio Perez won the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix with flying colours. Formula 1 released their Power Rankings for the race and it is no surprise to see Perez on top.
The Mexican secured pole on Saturday and of course also finished first. Kudos are given to him for holding off Max Verstappen's attempts to take the 25 points. "He handled it all well, earning him a place at the top of this week’s rankings," said Formula One on their website.
Verstappen, Alonso and Ocon
Second in the rankings is Verstappen and hot on his heels is Fernando Alonso who finished third. "He skillfully powered his way through the field to finish second, and while Verstappen was accepting of the result, he was also a little disappointed, showing just how well he is performing right now," F1 said.
Special appreciation is due to Esteban Ocon who finished in eighth place. That was all there was in it, too. He therefore also gets an 8 as a grade. "It was the typical convincing performance that we have become accustomed to from the French driver in Alpine colours, as while he could not catch the faster cars ahead, he was also too quick for his rivals behind."
For the overall power ranking standings, this means that Verstappen and Alonso both come in at an average score of 9.1. The third spot in the season rankings is for Perez.
