Verstappen on sprint weekend in Austria: 'Will be hectic and complex'
This weekend, F1 returns to the Red Bull Ring in Austria. Red Bull Racing's home race is thus scheduled and Max Verstappen is looking forward to the weekend in Spielberg. The Dutchman hopes to "add another trophy to the collection".
Verstappen wants to put on good show
Verstappen has already won Red Bull's home race no less than four times and hopes to put on another good show for the many Red Bull fans this weekend. "Of course Austria is a home race for us. I’m looking forward to seeing all the support again at the track, hopefully we’ll put on a good show for everyone in the grandstands."
"We always enjoy coming back to Austria and I’m excited to try to add another trophy to the collection for the Team. We’ve had some good results there already so let’s see what we can do," the two-time world champion continued in a Red Bull press release.
Verstappen on weather forecast in Austria
Quite a bit of rain is predicted ahead of the weekend and a sprint race is also scheduled once again, both could make for a spectacle in Austria. "This is the second Sprint race of the season, they are always more hectic and complex compared to a normal race. The weather looks a bit unpredictable too so it will definitely mix things up a little bit."
