Verstappen busy with race team in GT3 class: 'I want to win, even with this'

Max Verstappen is virtually unbeatable in the current Formula 1 season. If, for whatever reason, the Dutchman does not get to climb the top step of the podium, there is Sergio Perez who comes first. At least, so far. Despite his overwhelming achievements, Verstappen is not just about Formula 1, he is also setting up his racing team.
"It is still somewhat in its infancy now. The ultimate goal, though, is to set up our own racing team. We will start in the GT3 class and then at some point we will see where the ship runs aground. If it does strand...," the Dutchman told FORMULE 1 Magazine.

"If I do something, I also want to do it well," Verstappen says. "I want to win, also with this. And it's about creating a stepping stone from sim racing to GT3. So that you can't just get into motorsport via karting, because that costs a lot of money at the moment," he continues.
The two-time world champion says it all started with sim racing at Team Redline. Just recently, a video of the Red Bull driver went viral as he took revenge on the track against a competitor who overtook him.
